Our Work Speaks

Every project's got its own story - some came to us as wild ideas on napkins, others as complex challenges that needed fresh eyes. Here's what we've been building with our clients over the years.

Lakeshore Residence
Residential / Sustainable

Lakeshore Residence

Toronto, ON - 2024

A net-zero family home that doesn't scream "look at me, I'm eco-friendly" - just smart design that works with the landscape. Triple-glazed everything, geothermal heating, and a green roof that the neighbors keep asking about.

Junction Creative Hub
Commercial

Junction Creative Hub

Toronto, ON - 2023

Converted an old warehouse into workspace for creative studios. Kept the original brick and timber trusses - they've got more character than anything we could've built new. Added glass boxes for meeting rooms and opened up the roof for natural light.

Ossington Townhomes
Residential

Ossington Townhomes

Toronto, ON - 2024

Four townhouses on a tight lot - yeah, we had to get creative. Stacked them to maximize light, added private courtyards, and somehow managed to give each unit its own personality while keeping the street facade cohesive.

GreenTech Headquarters
Commercial / Sustainable

GreenTech Headquarters

Mississauga, ON - 2023

Client wanted their building to match their environmental mission, so we went all-in. Living walls, rainwater harvesting, solar panels integrated into the facade. It's basically a teaching tool for what they do - visitors get the message before they even walk through the door.

Queen Street Heritage Building
Restoration

Queen Street Heritage Building

Toronto, ON - 2022

This 1890s beauty was falling apart when we got the call. Spent months tracking down original materials and craftspeople who still know how to work with them. The heritage committee was tough, but worth it - now it's a functioning mixed-use space that respects its past.

Muskoka Retreat
Residential / Sustainable

Muskoka Retreat

Muskoka, ON - 2023

Built this one around the trees instead of clearing the lot - took longer but the clients can literally wake up in the canopy. Floor-to-ceiling glass where it matters, solid walls for privacy. Passive solar design means minimal heating even in January.

Harbourfront Restaurant
Commercial

Harbourfront Restaurant

Toronto, ON - 2024

Location was everything here - right on the water. We designed it so every table has a view, added a retractable glass wall for summer, and used materials that echo the industrial waterfront history. Chef's kitchen is visible from the dining room because why hide the action?

King West Loft
Residential

King West Loft

Toronto, ON - 2023

Client wanted "minimal but not cold" - always a fun challenge. Kept the concrete and exposed ductwork, warmed it up with white oak and strategic lighting. Custom furniture that doubles as storage because every inch counts in 1200 square feet.

Community Learning Center
Commercial / Sustainable

Community Learning Center

Scarborough, ON - 2022

Public spaces need to work for everyone, which makes them tricky. This one's got flexible classrooms, a library that doesn't feel institutional, and outdoor learning areas. Budget was tight so we focused on daylighting and natural ventilation - cuts operating costs too.

Roncesvalles Passive House
Residential / Sustainable

Roncesvalles Passive House

Toronto, ON - 2024

Our first certified Passive House and honestly, it was a learning curve. Super-insulated envelope, airtight construction, heat recovery ventilation. Client's energy bills are basically nothing now. Looks like a regular house but performs like a thermos.

Distillery District Boutique
Restoration / Commercial

Distillery District Boutique

Toronto, ON - 2023

Adaptive reuse of a former storage building. Left the rough stuff rough - exposed brick, steel beams, concrete floors. Added contemporary insertions that contrast but don't compete. It's about respecting what was there while making it work for today.

Forest Hill Family Home
Residential

Forest Hill Family Home

Toronto, ON - 2022

Big family, needed space but didn't want it to feel like a hotel. Wrapped the house around a central courtyard - gives every room natural light and private outdoor space. Kids can play outside while parents keep an eye from anywhere in the house.
